Two bathrooms, both with windows: the first on the ground floor with a shower, and the second on the same level as the two bedrooms in the basement, featuring a bathtub with a shower attachment. Three smart TVs, iPod docking station, Blu-ray player, hi-fi system, and Wi-Fi. The apartment's own infrared sauna is located in the basement. The apartment includes a private washing machine and dryer. Covered bicycle parking is available at the building. One parking space is provided.
