The region used to be an important location for glass grinding, an industry that has long since died out. Today you can enjoy peace and nature here. Hikers, cyclists, anglers and nature lovers come here to enjoy their sporting activities. The listed property is a three-sided complex consisting of a residential building from 1913, a former glass warehouse and a former foreman's building. The 100 square metre holiday flat on the ground floor of the villa is accessed via a wooden staircase from the courtyard.
