Our modern semi-detached house is located just 500 meters from the Schlei fjord in the idyllic village of Lindau. This newly renovated holiday home, with its large private garden and terrace, boasts high-quality furnishings and provides an ideal holiday retreat for up to two people. With approximately 93 square meters of living space, our guests are offered ample room and comfort to fully enjoy their holiday. On the ground floor, you'll find a state-of-the-art, fully equipped kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired for aspiring chefs. The separate kitchen also features a cozy dining area, which opens directly onto the beautiful terrace in the well-maintained garden. How about a delicious barbecue on the charcoal grill? Make the most of the balmy summer evenings outdoors and enjoy the idyllic setting. You can also soak up the last rays of sunshine on the comfortable sun loungers. Also on the ground floor is the bedroom with a king-size waterbed and a flat-screen TV… after an eventful day on the Schlei and Baltic Sea, you'll find a well-deserved night's rest here! For wellness enthusiasts, a rain shower with massage function awaits in the modern bathroom. The centerpiece of the cottage, and a very special highlight, is the spacious living area on the first floor, designed as an open gallery and flooded with light through the panoramic glass front. For entertainment, Wi-Fi, a large flat-screen TV, and a stereo system are provided. The property also offers two parking spaces, and you can securely store your bicycles in a lockable shed.
