The comfortable and sunny 2-room attic apartment with a south-facing balcony and stunning mountain views is situated in a quiet location in Grainau, directly adjacent to walking paths and cross-country ski trails. The town center and all shopping facilities are just a short walk away. The well-maintained apartment has an open gable with a beautiful wooden beamed ceiling and consists of a living room with a cozy dining area, a seating area with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and toilet. The apartment is fully equipped for 3 people. Families with children are very welcome. Your pet is also welcome here. (EURO15.00 per night and pet) A linen package (1 set of bed linen, 1 regular hand towel, 1 bath towel) is mandatory for each arriving guest at EURO14.00. Additional linens can be booked upon request. Where available, we are happy to provide a travel cot (EURO12.00), a high chair (EURO6.00), or an extra bed (EURO15.00) in the apartments.
