Holiday apartment with 1 bedroom

House:
Our tip for individualists: the 4-star holiday apartment "Renate" is very personal and furnished with great attention to detail. The 55 sq m (500 sq ft) attic studio apartment features a living room with a large flat-screen satellite TV, stereo system, large dining table, and a well-equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, large refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and full-size stove. The bedroom (with blackout curtains!) is separate and has a box-spring bed and a second TV for watching from the bed. Suitable for families, there is also an open sleeping gallery with two beds (accessible via a steep staircase, therefore not suitable for small children). The new bathroom has a large shower, sink, towel warmer, and vanity mirror. There is a separate toilet and a sunny southwest-facing balcony. Parking is available.
