Welcome to the "Sommergold" holiday home! Renovated and newly furnished in 2020, this holiday home offers you a comfortable home away from home for the most wonderful days of the year. It features a lovely living room with a wood-burning stove, CD radio, flat-screen TV, and Blu-ray/DVD player; a bedroom with a wardrobe, double bed, and blackout curtains; a separate kitchen with a dining area (equipped with a dishwasher, oven, four-burner ceramic hob, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, cutlery, dishes, etc.); and a small bathroom with a large glass shower (90x120cm), hairdryer, toilet, and window. You have a furnished terrace in the garden and a lovely furnished balcony, both facing west. Enjoy the sun here in the afternoon and until sunset. The holiday home can be heated with the wood-burning stove or electric heating. Firewood for the wood-burning stove is provided free of charge. An open pavilion in the garden is available for your use. Two sun loungers are provided. The hanging lounger in the garden is also very popular with our guests. Barbecuing is permitted (a grill is provided). A lockable storage room for bicycles and a parking space directly at the house are available. Please note: - Maximum occupancy: 2 people. - Pets are not allowed. - A security deposit of EURO200 per stay is required. - Electricity is charged according to consumption. - Arrival/departure is preferably on Fridays. Other dates are possible by arrangement.
