This lovely, bright sea-view house is located in Son Serra de Marina, with its natural sandy beach and crystal-clear waters, and it is only a short drive from the Can Picafort and Muro beaches.

Perfect family house for up to 5 people with beautiful panoramic sea/mountain views of the Alcudia bay.

Decorated with a modern coastal style to reflect the colours of the sea and surrounding nature.

It has an open-plan kitchen, a dining area, and a lounge space on the second floor to maximise the great views from the large windows. You can sit on the sofa and watch the sailing yachts on the sea.

On the ground floor, there are three bedrooms; the master has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, the second has two single beds, and the third has a single bed. The second and third bedrooms share a bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is a courtesy toilet next to the lounge.

The house has a beautiful sunny terrace with fantastic views, where you can relax and have dinner. There are sun beds, sofas, a dining table, chairs, a Weber gas barbecue grill and an exterior shower perfect to cool down on the hot summer days.

The house is equipped with hot and cold air conditioning in all bedrooms and common areas. We politely ask you to be responsible with energy consumption.

Flexible changeover day, arrival at 15:00 hours departure at 10:00 hours. We work hard at accommodating everyone's needs so your holiday runs smoothly. If an earlier/later arrival or departure into the house is needed please enquire at the time of booking, it is not always possible but we will try to help.

We request information about the day and time of your flight arrival and departure to organize the reception of clients and their departure.

There is a charge for final cleaning and laundry.

Prices for this property are in Euros.

Refundable deposits are required for any damage to the property or contents, which will be refunded 48 hours after checking out by bank transfer, so we will request your bank details (full name, name and address of the bank, IBAN, swift or bic number) either before or on arrival.

Bookings also taken for December to March. Long winter rental prices on request.

Included in the reservation of this property is the consumption of electricity until a cost of 50 euros, any additional usage will be charged at 0,35€/KWh. The numbers on the meter will be recorded and then again on the check out. This will be payable on the day you leave.
The guest will have access to verify the electricity meters at all the time.

Please note if your arrival to the property is after 21:00 hours, there is a late check in fee which can be paid in cash on arrival.

All garbage must be removed from the house before you leave on the check out day, or there will be a 50€ extra charge.
