House:
This magnificent property sits on a 24,000 sq m natural plot and offers breathtaking views stretching to the Felanitx monastery hill. The building impresses at first glance with its imposing architecture and the facade clad entirely in natural stone, complemented by wine-red shutters. The Mediterranean-style garden, with its lawns, terraces, and natural stone walls, provides the perfect setting for a truly comfortable stay. The large saltwater pool, measuring 12 x 7 m, is indeed impressive and easily accessible via Roman steps. Adjoining the pool is a vast terrace furnished with comfortable loungers and a luxurious sunbed. Sun worshippers will find themselves in paradise here, able to relax under the Mediterranean sky while enjoying the stunning views. Those wishing to protect themselves from excessive UV radiation can take shelter under the provided parasol or retreat to the covered terrace one level higher. High-quality and comfortable outdoor furniture is also available in this area. What could be better than greeting the new day in this spot, enjoying a leisurely breakfast while taking in the view of the gently rolling landscape? The brick oven with grill invites you to barbecue evenings under the Mediterranean stars, where you can indulge your palate with freshly prepared delicacies from the market. Another particularly quiet and shady spot can be found at the rear of the building, where an atrium accessible from both inside and outside offers the perfect opportunity to relax with a book.
