Extremely communicative and affable, There were some damaged items in the airbnb (lid of the rubbish bin, handle of the shower, window crack) but they didn't pose any urgent problems, The only thing that startled us was that this airbnb was right on the street with its entrance opening to the main road where many people pass by and could watch us enter, which was slightly unsettling from a safety perspective, However, the neighborhood is quite peaceful so we encountered no problems there! In general, a really viable choice, excellent location, near to the Eiffel tower and amazing restaurants/cafes,

We had a delightful stay at this AirBnB, it's an excellent spot for a small group of 2-3 people, We appreciated the flexibility of being able to check-in at any time, especially since our flight got delayed, We got into Paris late and initially struggled to locate the AirBnB due to the darkness, but once we glanced over the check-in instructions, we were able to find it and get in swiftly, The instructions were straightforward, and the neighborhood felt secure, The location is fantastic - just a 20-minute walk from the Eiffel Tower, with several late-night dining options within a 5-minute walk, The only downside was that the hot water would deplete by the time the third person took a shower, so we suggest spacing out your showers or letting those who don't mind a cold shower go last, if you're more than two guests, The host was incredibly welcoming and provided excellent suggestions when we asked about local dining options, We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again on a future trip to Paris!

Fantastic accommodation for a trip to Paris, The property matches the pictures perfectly, it's spotless, new and equipped with all necessities, The location is excellent, allowing us to reach all our desired destinations by foot without any hassle, Eiffel Tower, Louvre, Champs Elise’s and more, all within a 25-minute walk, The only downside was that some parks were closed due to the Olympics, obstructing certain views, We would certainly choose this suite again for our next stay,

Fantastic spot!!! It's a breeze to stroll to all the top attractions, Despite this, the street is still incredibly quiet and private, The host was consistently responsive and self check-in is definitely the route to take!

In general, our stay was quite comforting, It's particularly beneficial for individuals with mobility problems or those who wish to avoid stairs, Pros: * fantastic location: accessible and walkable, yet surprisingly quiet and cozy * the host(s) were highly responsive and communicated effectively * the unit is contemporary and tidy * check-in and check-out processes were effortless, Cons: * the unit is located on the ground floor, leading to some minor ant activity around the bathroom * there was a fracture on the window upon our arrival, however, it didn't interfere with our stay, and the host(s) acknowledged our concern

The flat was excellent - extremely tidy and well-situated, providing more room than what we would have received in a hotel at a similar price, It's just around the corner from a number of streets filled with fantastic food choices, and it's ideally positioned for exploring the rest of the city, Once the Olympic games are finished and the park opposite is open again, it will be even more wonderful, The host was excellent at checking in and promptly provided useful responses to any inquiries,
