This is a great apartment with a perfect location, I highly recommend it, However, the check-in time is quite late and the check-out time is too early, The agency is quite far from the apartment, so even leaving your luggage can be complicated to organize, Nonetheless, the agency is proactive, so I recommend it overall,

The location is fantastic, situated in the heart of Le Marais with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, The apartment has recently been renovated with new appliances and furniture, However, the renovation work was not done to a high standard, The kitchen table was not attached properly, the washing machine makes loud noises (I had to stop halfway through and wash by hand), the pillows are square and very flat, and there is no hand soap provided, Additionally, there are no windows in the apartment so it feels like living in a basement, Overall, my experience was good due to the location, but there is definitely room for improvement,

This is a new listing and it feels like we are one of the first guests to use the apartment, It is located on the ground floor at the back of the building and is very clean and brand new, I love that the bathroom is very big, The only issue we had was that there is not much ventilation in the apartment, There is only a small window in the bedroom that can be opened, but small flies come in if you leave it open at night, I think it can be very stuffy in the living room/kitchen area in summer, The sofa bed is huge and comfortable, but please provide thicker pillows as we are not used to thin square pillows, There are two portable fans available, We had to clear our own rubbish at the end of the stay, which we find weird as we are paying cleaning fees when we book via Airbnb, The location is very good - it is a quiet and pretty alley with a few restaurants, It is also walkable to the Metro, and there are lots of shops and eateries just around the corner,
