It comprises two bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with three single beds) and the possibility of two supplementary beds in the living room. The American kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin, WC and separate WC. There is a sauna (charged according to use). Cable TV, air conditioning and a fireplace are available.

The apartment is surrounded by an 870m² enclosed garden with a lawn, flowers and bushes. The enormous outdoor pool area is unique, measuring 10 x 4.5 metres with a whirlpool. Children can enjoy a slide, swing and sandpit. There is also a terrace with garden furniture and a grll. The outdoor area is for shared use.

The whole house was fully newly renovated in March 2012. It is accessed along a side street.
