I rent in our beautiful holiday home "Urlaubstraum" in Balatonbereny at the southwestern Balaton (15km from Keszthely) an approx. 100sqm ground floor holiday flat with covered terrace all year round, as also heatable for 4-6 persons, with pool, air conditioning, 600 m lake, sauna in the garden, trampoline, deckchairs, children's swing, parking on the property, WLAN, TV. Bathroom with bath and shower plus guest toilet. As already mentioned, this is the ground floor of a house with two flats. The flats are of course completely separate and can be reached via a shared entrance. Of course, the house is completely equipped with mosquito protection. Beautiful, quiet holiday resort with a lovely lido suitable for children and a nude beach 2 km away. In the village and the neighbouring villages there are restaurants for every taste. The house is in mint condition with high-quality furnishings. Washing machine, bed linen, kitchen, two bedrooms. Can be extended with a double sofa bed in the living room and a cot. Bicycle hire possible subject to availability. Barbecue possible on request. Keszthely 15km, Heviz 20km, Zalakaros 25km. Small Lake Balaton 20km. A holiday for people who don't want to party every day. Minimum booking 7 days. Sauna use possible on request. Sauna towels can be rented for a washing fee. Also very suitable in winter for people looking for peace and relaxation. Also very suitable as a base for a spa trip to Heviz, Zalakaros and other thermal baths. It is also popular for bookings during the grape harvest and Christmas/New Year's Eve. We will be happy to make you an offer for off-season stays and longer stays. If there are more than 6 of you, or if there are no more dates available for this house, we have another property with two houses of the same quality and facilities in the same village. Just ask for it. Attention! Please note that according to EU law you must also carry a child's identity card for children of all ages. This may be required at borders and must also be available for registration with the tourist authorities. Persons of any age without ID must be refused entry and please also note that we have to collect a tourist tax for the municipality for persons aged 18 and over. This may vary in amount and will be collected in cash when the keys are handed over.
