The well-kept and fully furnished 2-room apartment is in a top location behind the dune and thus in the immediate vicinity of the fine-grained sandy beach, approx. 150m away, on the 1st floor of an apartment building with lift. With its size of approx. 42 m², it radiates comfort and cosiness and is nevertheless very spacious. It can be used by up to four people + infant. A travel cot and high chair are available on request.
Equipped to a high standard, it offers absolute comfort for a relaxing holiday.
The living room has a large dining table, a pull-out corner couch with sleeping function (160x2000) as well as radio and TV. The existing games collection provides varied entertainment.
In the bedroom there is a double bed (160x200) with a large wardrobe and clock radio. The built-in insect screen (also in the living room and kitchen) ensures a safe and undisturbed night's sleep.
The modern fitted kitchen with window is equipped with ceramic hob, electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave. Of course there is also a coffee machine, toaster, kettle and much more.
In the shower room you will find a shower (90x90), a washbasin with mirror, a WC and a wall-mounted dryer.
The storage room offers enough space for your suitcases and bags thanks to a large, built-in wall shelf. Laundry rack, iron and ironing board, hoover, ladder, cleaning products etc. are available here if required.
The floors consist of laminate in the living area and tiles in the kitchen and bathroom. The flat is heated by central heating.
Outside, you have your own car parking space directly at the house.
During the holiday season, you can use the letterbox for post forwarding orders and the daily newspaper.
The apartment is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
