Mythical tales say they are the money of mermaids, a lucky charm, and a symbol of life on the beach and by the sea! Our semi-detached house, newly built in 2018, is designed to reflect this attitude! You can stay with up to 6 people + a small child in a central yet quiet location in the second row. The living room features a fireplace, board games for all ages, books, a Nintendo Wii console with various games, a stereo system, and a smart TV. The house has a total of 3 bedrooms. All are equipped with a flat-screen TV, a closet safe, a clock radio, mosquito nets, and pleated blackout blinds. The 2 bathrooms feature walk-in showers, hairdryers, underfloor heating, and towel radiators. One bathroom has a changing area. The kitchen is superbly equipped and includes the following: a dishwasher, refrigerator with two freezer compartments, oven, microwave, stove, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, egg cooker, waffle iron, raclette set, small smoothie maker, children's dishes, and fish cutlery. The utility room includes a washer-dryer, a clothes rack, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, and cleaning supplies. You will also find a baby bathtub, potty chairs, a children's toilet seat and step stool, two sun loungers, a parasol, an e-bike charger in the bike storage room, a folding handcart, and a windbreak. The house has an automatic ventilation system. The property is fully fenced, guaranteeing a relaxing holiday with children and dogs. A sauna is available in the garden for a fee.
