You want to spend a luxurious holiday in the Bavarian Forest - then you've come to the right place!
The house was completely renovated in 2024 and brought up to an extremely modern standard. The three bathrooms have also been completely renovated. 3 flat screen TVs are available in the house (in each bedroom and in the living room). New NOLTE kitchen with dishwasher and induction hob. High quality beds in each bedroom. The garden is completely fenced and therefore suitable for dogs.
Washing machine, tumble dryer, bed linen and towels can be booked for a flat rate. When travelling with a dog, the laundry pact must be booked. FREE WLAN from your own telephone connection.
Everything is completely new. All additional costs such as electricity, heating and water are included in the holiday price !!!!
In Bad Kötzing (10 kilometres away) there is a new state casino and a thermal bath. The Chrupfalzpark (leisure park) is only 8 kilometres away. There are numerous rowing boat hire centres. The settlement is extremely dog-friendly and almost every holidaymaker here has their four-legged friend with them. A new adventure playground is very close by and there is a shop, bakery, butcher and various restaurants in the village.
If you are on holiday with your dog, bed linen/towels must be booked! All beds are made up as shown in the photos - towels are available and you can use the washing machine and tumble dryer as you wish.
