The flat is located in the centre of Flüren, 100 m from the market square and 200 m from the dyke and the Auesee lake. From here you can explore the Diersfordter Wald, the Auesee and much more on foot or by bike (5-10 minutes). The beach is free of charge and can be reached by bike in 2.5 km. There is also the new fun pool (approx. 9.24 km), the new mini-golf course, the marina and the aerodrome (sightseeing flights). The Ruhr area, for example the Centro in Oberhausen, is only 30 minutes away by car.
The flat is fully equipped and we always have a basic supply of oil, dishwasher tabs, spices, salt, sugar, toilet paper, etc. We have 3 women's bikes and a 28 iger men's bike that you can use, you can lock your own bikes in the garage.
For longer stays of more than 1 week we can wash your laundry by arrangement
Description of the neighbourhood
There are numerous shops and service providers on the nearby market square. From a Rewe supermarket and a bakery to two ice cream parlours and several restaurants and snack bars. After 300 metres you are in the Diersfordter Wald forest. After 200 metres you are on the Aueseerundweg and on the Rhine dyke
Due to the proximity to the popular bathing beach at the Auesee (2.5 km), it is easy to reach by bike. In summer, there is a Rhine ferry 8 km away in Bislich, with which you can cross over to the left bank of the Rhine to visit Xanten (amphitheatre) or the Bislicher Insel nature reserve (400 m from the ferry) with its sea eagles.
