The modern 65sqm holiday flat for 2 people is situated in a quiet street in an ideal location just 300 metres from the Schluchsee (or beach) and the village centre with its numerous cafés, restaurants and shopping facilities.
The flat is on the ground floor of a new building with six apartments and has its own underground parking space from where you can easily reach the flat via a lift. There is a shared storage room for bicycles. One of the highlights of the flat is the side balcony and the large terrace, both of which are easily accessible from the living area. On the spacious terrace, you can end the day in a beautiful lounge with a glass of wine and an unobstructed view of nature. The new high-gloss brand kitchen leaves nothing to be desired with an induction hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and microwave. The bright daylight bathroom is equipped with a large walk-in rain shower. In addition to the underfloor heating, there is an additional heated towel rail and a light motion detector. The modern bedroom pampers you with a large box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm) and a spacious wardrobe. Modern smart TVs in the living room and bedroom, free WiFi and a radio/CD player round off the overall picture. The living room and bedroom can be pleasantly darkened with electric external roller shutters. Bed linen and towels can be provided for a fee of EUR 55. If desired, you can also bring your own (Box Spring bed with a topper over both mattresses, bed size is 180 x 200). Tourist tax will be charged separately.
The beautiful landscape invites you to a variety of hiking and biking tours, including the kilometre-long circular lake trail. In winter, everything disappears under a blanket of snow and the skiing season begins in an idyllic winter landscape. The Schluchsee is one of the largest and cleanest bathing lakes in the Black Forest and impresses with its wide range of water sports facilities. The lake swimming pool with restaurants and boat hire is just 400 metres from the flat.
