Located in Schiffdorf-Spaden, right next to the port city of Bremerhaven, the newly built (2021) "Ökohaus-Spaden" holiday home is perfect for a relaxing family vacation – ideal for 2 adults and 2 children, with the option of accommodating an additional guest on the sofa bed in the living room. The 58 m² holiday home consists of a living/dining room with an extendable dining table for 4-6 people and a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, electric stove, oven, toaster, kettle, Tassimo coffee machine, electric grill, and more. There is a bedroom with a double bed and oversized, fluffy duvets, a children's room with a bunk bed (please note: 1.80 m high), and a bathroom with a large shower. The living/dining room features a comfortable sofa bed with a view of the terrace. The highlight of this accommodation is the private, fenced outdoor area with a large garden and two terraces. One of the terraces is covered and furnished with a table and six chairs. There is a second terrace at the rear of the garden with two comfortable sun loungers and a parasol. The house is also ideal for cycling enthusiasts (Bed+Bike certified). A lockable storage room with a power outlet for e-bikes is available, as well as cycling maps and a repair kit. Start your day with a delicious breakfast outdoors before heading to Bremerhaven with its harbors and maritime museums.
