The Spitzstein flat, in a quiet location on the outskirts of Oberaudorf, invites you to linger. On 42 square metres you will find an excellently equipped kitchen including dishwasher, a bathroom with shower and a cosy living room. There you will find a cosy dining area and a double bed. There is an additional single bed in a small extra bedroom. The highlight after an eventful day in or around Oberaudorf is the in-house swimming pool in the basement of the apartment block as well as the sauna. The flat also has a quiet terrace from which you can enjoy the view of the surrounding mountains. The apartment block also has a communal garden. A car park is available for you on the property.

The flat is equipped with WiFi. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available in the basement for a small fee.

The flat can be reached by public transport, the train station is 0.5 km south of the flat. In 5 minutes you can walk to the Auerbach, which invites you to linger and hike. The centre of Oberaudorf is just a 10-minute walk away. Shopping facilities and restaurants are available there. You can also reach the Niederaudorf district in just a few minutes. The flat is also a good starting point for hiking and cycling tours.

A deposit is charged at the time of booking. If the deposit is not received within 14 days of receipt of the invoice, the booking will be cancelled. We will contact you after booking. The remaining amount is due 14 days before arrival.
A processing fee of €10 will be charged for cancellations!
The prices quoted do not include the visitor's tax: Adults € 2.00/night. Children under the age of 16, persons with a severe disability of 80% or more, their accompanying persons and persons staying in the municipality of Oberaudorf for professional purposes are free of charge. Persons with a severe disability of 50 % to 79 % are entitled to a 50 % discount.
