The special thing about our holiday home is the great location directly at the valley station of the Hocheck leisure and skiing area. We are a young family and have furnished the semi-detached house for rent as a holiday home.The semi-detached house, built in 1991, has 105 sqm of living space divided into 4 rooms, kitchen, bathroom and WC.It is located directly at the car park of the Hocheck ski and leisure area, so that all interesting destinations of the village centre are within walking distance. Lake Luegstein is also a good 15-minute walk away. Occupancy is possible with up to 8 people. Dogs are also welcome.

There are two bedrooms with double beds and a balcony with a view of the ski slope or summer toboggan run. The small children's room has a bunk bed (also for 2 persons). Furthermore, the sofa in the living room, which folds out into a bed, offers space for two more people. There is a large TV with satellite reception in the living room. Most of the furniture was newly purchased in 2020 and is in good condition. The house has Wi-Fi with a high data rate, which also allows streaming of films.

Conditions and extras
The prices quoted do not include the visitor's tax: Adults € 2.00/night. Children under the age of 16, persons with a severe disability of 80% or more, their accompanying persons and persons staying in the municipality of Oberaudorf for professional purposes are free of charge. Persons with a severe disability of 50 % to 79 % are entitled to a 50 % discount.A damage deposit of € 150 is required before arrival. This is to be transferred with the travel price. The deposit will be refunded by return transfer approx. 1 week after departure if no settlement is necessary.Free cancellation is possible up to 30 days before departure. The deposit (20% of the total cost is due with booking) will then be refunded.
