Only a few minutes walk to the centre of the village and to the Erlebinsberg Oberaudorf with chair lift, "Oberaudorfer Flieger", summer toboggan run, freefall slide and legend trail. Perfect starting point for all hiking and cycling tours. Of course we offer WLAN free of charge. In the nearby Pension Lavendel you can indulge yourself with a good breakfast.

The newly renovated maisonette has a large living room with flat-screen TV and a pull-out couch, as well as a kitchenette with adjoining dining area. The bathroom has a bathtub, the WC is separate. There is a balcony with a wonderful view over Oberaudorf and of the Kaisergebirge.

A deposit is required upon booking. If the deposit is not received within 14 days of receiving the invoice, the booking will be canceled. We will contact you after booking. The remaining balance is due 14 days before arrival.
A processing fee of €10 will be charged for cancellations!

The prices quoted do not include the visitor's tax: Adults €2.00/night. Children under 16, persons with a severe disability of 80% or more, their accompanying persons, and persons staying in the municipality of Oberaudorf for professional purposes are exempt from the visitor's tax. Persons with a severe disability of 50% to 79% receive a 50% reduction.
