A beautiful, bright flat on the first floor of the main house with views of the surrounding greenery. An internal staircase leads to the large studio room. The 60 m2 studio flat has beds for 6 people in 4 small separate bedrooms (2x double bed, 2x alcove), a fully equipped small kitchenette (without dishwasher) and a large living room with dining area and relaxation corner including fireplace. It has a spacious bathroom with shower and fast fibre-optic WLAN access. For families, we can provide a cot and high chair on request. Our younger guests can also use the children's play equipment in the barn.

The flat is located on the 1st floor and is accessible via a staircase. There are a few steps inside the flat, including in the hallway and in one of the bedrooms with a double bed. Please note that the flat is therefore not barrier-free.

You are welcome to use the large garden area and the barn - ideal even in bad weather. Seating is available in the outdoor area. You can also store your own bicycles in the barn.

Please bring your own bed linen (sheets and covers) and towels for your stay in the barn flat.
We recommend that you bring slippers to protect the natural wooden floors.

The studio flat is kept pet-free to ensure availability for allergy sufferers.

Please do not forget to pay the tourist tax!
