It features a well-maintained, large garden, as well as garages and parking spaces. The kitchen is furnished in a traditional Frisian Baroque style, yet modern, with a four-burner cooktop (no oven) and a microwave with a grill function. The first bedroom has a double bed with two natural latex mattresses. The former study is now the second bedroom, furnished with a bed (an extra bed is possible), a desk, and a lovely view. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, bathtub, and urinal. Balcony accessible from both the bedroom and living room. The living room can be converted into a third bedroom with the addition of extra beds.
