This top-floor flat is located on the first floor of a detached single-family house in a quiet residential area in the Kühlungsborn West district. The flat was renovated in 2020 and is located approx. 900 metres from the sandy beach.
The approx. 20 m² studio consists of a separate hallway, a living room/bedroom and a bathroom with WC, shower and washbasin. The combined living room/bedroom has a sofa bed for up to two people, a cable TV, radio, a small table with two chairs, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The sofa bed can be used as a single or double bed or couch. The landlord will be happy to provide you with a travel cot for a small child for an additional charge. There is no separate kitchen, the kitchen appliances are located in the living room/bedroom: equipped with a fridge, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, egg cooker and appropriate crockery. There is no cooker or hob. The flat also has a hoover and fan. The bedroom has insect screens and blackout blinds on the windows. All rooms can be heated. An internet connection is available.
The side of the garden is at your disposal. Here you will find a garden table, two chairs, a barbecue (charcoal is provided by the landlord if required) and a folding tumble dryer. Round off your evening with a barbecue together and enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air. A private outdoor parking space is available for your car free of charge. Pets are allowed on request.
The beach and water sports centre (sailing, surfing, diving, boat hire) are around ten minutes' walk away. A dog bathing beach is also within easy walking distance. In addition to the beach, Kühlungsborn also offers numerous other leisure activities such as beautiful (guided) hiking or cycling tours, cinema, climbing forest, yoga, art gallery, two concert gardens, pier, mini golf, riding stables, sports boat harbour, ice skating tent in winter, creative activities for holidaymakers, etc.. There is a golf course in the neighbouring village of Wittenbeck. The Edeka supermarket with bakery and butcher is just a five-minute walk away.
