Our cosy DTV classified **** flat is in a quiet location, in a semi-detached house, at the end of a cul-de-sac and adjacent to a nature reserve. At 80 square metres, it offers plenty of space and freedom of movement.
The personal necessities can be reached on foot (approx. 0.6 km). The bus stop for the bus to Kiel (-Heikendorf approx. 13 km) and for the newly established local bus, which runs within the village and the neighbouring communities, is also 0.4 km away.
We have renovated and refurnished our flat in 2017/18. The cosy kitchen has a kettle, coffee machine, microwave, blender, egg cooker and plenty of crockery and cutlery, the seating area is designed for 4 people. Radio and DVD player are also availableIn the living room you will find a spacious sofa set and armchairs, cable TV with DVD.both bedrooms are equipped with box spring beds with comfortable seat height and have a wardrobe with full mirror.in the back bedroom an extra bed or cot is possible.there is a shower room and toilet in the flat.bed linen, hand and shower towels, towels for dishes are available. Please bring your own towels for the beach. In the cellar you will find a washing machine and a tumble dryer, the 700 square metre garden also offers drying facilities. In the garden you will find a wooden pavilion with garden furniture and barbecue. The garden borders a nature reserve on one side and is otherwise surrounded by a 2m high beech hedge. You can park your car directly at the house on the property. As the surrounding area is ideal for long cycle tours, your bikes can of course be stored.
Of course we separate the rubbish, you will find appropriate bins behind the house. cleaning service during your stay
