This lovingly restored house, situated between the picturesque Baltic Sea and the Geltinger Birk nature reserve, offers you the perfect break in one of the four individually and cosily furnished flats, complete with free Wi-Fi, two satellite TVs per flat, an inviting fireplace and much more.
Inside, you will find a modern fitted kitchen with high-quality electrical appliances that invites you to cook, a bright dining area, a cosy living room corner with a new sofa bed, fireplace and a 3D satellite TV. The large bedroom has a double bed with new mattresses, a reading corner and a second satellite TV. Furthermore, you will find a daylight bathroom with shower and WC, all completely renovated in 2015 and 2016, preserving the original pitch pine floorboards and the inviting character of the house.
Outside, you can relax on a private seating area with garden chairs, table and parasol surrounded by flowering plants and fruit trees. A sauna is available in the garden from April and an outdoor shower is available from October. 40 m² of the stairwell offer a marvellous view over meadows and fields as well as access to a cleaning room and a washing machine and dryer, which can be used free of charge. A selection of books, games, DVDs and BluRays rounds off the offer.
