The house in Dresden was built in the classical style of the 1930s and was completely renovated in 1999 and again in 2014.Your apartment comprises a living room, two bedrooms each with two single beds (90 x 200cm), a kitchen, a bathroom and a spacious wardrobe. Bed linen is included in the price. The built-in kitchen includes a ceramic hob, oven, extractor fan, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, crockery and kitchen utensils. A vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board and tea towels are provided. The bathroom has towels, a hairdryer, a bath, a WC and a washing machine. Evening entertainment is provided by an LDC with satellite channels, a Bluray player, radio, books and a collection of games. There is central heating with a radiator in each room, apart from the hallway. A child’s bed and a highchair can be provided on request.The outdoor area has a bicycle stand, a balcony with garden furniture and a pond with a stream in the shared garden.
