The apartment with a balcony to the garden consists of a living room with seating, dining area and satellite TV, two bedrooms (1 x with double bed, 1 x with single bed), a kitchen with fully equipped built-in line, microwave and dishwasher and a bathroom with shower / tub and toilet. There is the possibility of an extra bed!
The city center with the famous sights of Dresden can be reached by bike in just under 10 minutes via the Elbe Cycle Path. The nearest tram stop is approximately 150 m from the house. The journey time to the city center is also about 10 minutes. There are several good restaurants with a beer garden in the immediate vicinity. A special feature is the famous "Balletto and Brauhaus Watzke" directly on the Elbe with its "Canaletto view" of the old town. As a concert hall with a restaurant and beer garden, this contributes to the cultural diversity of the urban area. All things of daily use are available within walking distance (bakeries, various discounters, pharmacies, etc.). The shopping center at the street station Mickten and the Elbe center offer you ideal shopping opportunities. There is a small garden behind our house for our guests.
There are also 2 car parking spaces and a garden shed for your bicycles. The in-house bikes that are also located there can be used by our guests free of charge. The apartment has free WiFi access.
