Our cozy holiday apartment is idyllically located on the banks of the Egau River, just about 2.5 km from the center of Dillingen an der Donau.

Here you can enjoy peace and quiet surrounded by nature, while still being close to the charming old town with Dillingen Castle, the Basilica of St. Peter, and the impressive Golden Hall in the Academy for Teacher Training.

The surrounding area offers numerous leisure activities: explore the scenic DonAUwald Premium Hiking Trail, take a bike ride along the Danube River, or visit the LEGOLAND® Germany Resort in Günzburg, just a short drive away.

The house can be rented as a whole. When booking for up to 6 people, we can offer the holiday apartments combined with an apartment at a total price. Please contact us personally for this.

The cozy one-room apartment, with attention to detail, offers you a peaceful stay.

The apartment is equipped with a separate bathroom, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, and a coffee machine.
An available table can be used both as a desk and for dining. Dishes, glasses, and cutlery are provided.

A traditional butcher shop with a hot counter and baked goods is located about 400 meters away and can be reached on foot.
The apartment is ideal for cyclists, hikers, or short-term vacationers. Storage options for brought bicycles or motorcycles are available.

Check-in is possible from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Check-out should be by 10:30 AM. Other arrival and departure times are possible by arrangement. Please contact us in advance if necessary to make arrangements.

The keys are handed over in person on site or via a key box. You will receive the code in good time before your arrival.

A baby crib/extra bed can be provided free of charge upon request.
Pets are allowed upon prior arrangement.

Additional fees:- If the e-charging station is used, the costs will be billed separately at €0.45 per kWh.-
Selected drinks and snacks are available in the refrigerator of the holiday apartment for you. These are also charged separately and are not included in the rental price.

Conditions and extras
Payment
The invoice amount for the holiday apartment must be paid no later than the end of the stay.
Payment can be made on-site in cash or, by arrangement, in advance via bank transfer.

Please note that for bank transfers, the amount must be credited to the specified account no later than the last day of the rental period.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations up to 1 day before arrival are free of charge; cancellations on the day of arrival will be charged 100% of the total cost.
