Our cozy holiday apartment is idyllically located on the banks of the Egau River, just about 2.5 km from the center of Dillingen an der Donau.

Here you can enjoy peace and quiet surrounded by nature, while still being close to the charming old town with Dillingen Castle, the Basilica of St. Peter, and the impressive Golden Hall in the Academy for Teacher Training.

The surrounding area offers numerous leisure activities: explore the scenic DonAUwald Premium Hiking Trail, take a bike ride along the Danube River, or visit the LEGOLAND® Germany Resort in Günzburg, just a short drive away.

The house can be rented as a whole. When booking for up to 6 people, we can offer the holiday apartments combined with an apartment at a total price. Please contact us personally for this.

Our cozy holiday apartment offers a charming atmosphere and everything you need for a relaxing stay. The apartment features an open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for cooking, dining, and unwinding together.

There are two bedrooms:
- One bedroom with a comfortable double bed
- One bedroom with two single beds, ideal for families or friends

The bathroom includes a shower, washing machine, and all essential amenities.

For sunny days or relaxing evenings, enjoy the outdoor area with a balcony and terrace, where you can unwind and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

This holiday apartment is the perfect retreat for families, couples, or friends looking for comfort, style, and nature in perfect harmony.
A traditional butcher shop with a hot counter and baked goods is located about 400 meters away and can be reached on foot.

Hiking or cycling tours are highly recommended throughout the region.
An indoor swimming pool or an outdoor pool in summer is about 3km away. A 9 hole-golf course is just a few minutes drive away. Restaurants, a phamacy, supermarkets, shops and cultural attractions can all be found in the city center.

Check-in is possible from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Check-out should be completed by 10:30 AM.
Other check-in and check-out times are possible by prior arrangement. Please contact us in advance if needed to make arrangements.

The key handover takes place in person on site or via a key box. The code will be provided to you in good time before arrival.

A baby cot / extra bed can be provided free of charge upon request.

Pets are allowed after prior arrangement.

Additional fees:
- If the EV charging station is used, the costs will be charged additionally at €0.45 per kWh.
- A cleaning fee of €70 applies.
- Selected drinks and snacks are available in the apartment fridge. These are also charged separately and are not included in the rental price.

The house also contains an apartment, which can be booked for two additional people if required.

Conditions and extras
Payment
The invoice amount for the holiday apartment must be paid no later than the end of the stay.
Payment can be made on-site in cash or, by arrangement, in advance via bank transfer.

Please note that for bank transfers, the amount must be credited to the specified account no later than the last day of the rental period.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations up to 1 day before arrival are free of charge; cancellations on the day of arrival will be charged 100% of the total cost.
