The park-like site and the lovely river landscape provide space to get away from it all. You can go on adventure tours with the in-house sea kayaks (with life jackets and paddles), folding boats or bicycles. We can also offer guided tours. There are also other bicycle hire services. Rüterberg is situated amidst the Elbtalaue cultural landscape nestled between Mecklenburg, Niedersachsen, Brandenburg and Sachsen-Anhalt. You can experience history here. You can go on day trips to Schwerin, Ludwigslust, Hamburg, Hitzacker, Lüneburg and other interesting towns. The Hamburg-Wittenburg Alpincenter is only an hour away. The nearest grocery shops are in Dömitz (Aldi, Norma, Penny, Konsum) and in Dannenberg (Famila, Edeka, Lidl, Aldi, Rewe etc.). The living room provides a modern corner sofa bed with comfortable cushions, a coffee table, a dresser and a flatscreen TV. The modern kitchen unit is equipped with a ceramic hob, an oven, dishwasher, double sink, toaster, coffee machine, kettle and plenty of crockery, pans and glasses for four to six people. The bedroom has two single beds that can be pushed together as a double bed, as well as a three-door wardrobe with a full-length mirror and storage space. The window is fitted with a blind and/or a curtain, as well as a mosquito screen for undisturbed sleep. The daylight bathroom has a shower, washbasin, wall-mounted WC, towel radiator and under-floor heating. The dining space with a table and chairs is in the conservatory, which invites you to relax on cool days. Under-floor heating provides pleasant warmth, while sun shading keeps heat out.
