The forest begins directly behind the Eifelhäuschen on the edge of the forest and you can enjoy the absolute peace and quiet here.

Lake Freilingen is located below the holiday village and can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes. There are large sunbathing lawns and a restaurant.
The following options are available for sporting activities in the holiday village: Tennis courts, table tennis tables, swimming pool (outdoor pool), boules court and a mini-golf course. For the children there is a playground with various play equipment (sandpit, climbing tower, etc.). The sunbathing lawn by the swimming pool offers space for a wide variety of activities.
Boules balls, tennis rackets and minigolf clubs are available in the house.

The house offers a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a living room with dining area, a children's chair, WLAN radio, Smart TV with Internet and SAT-TV as well as a terrace with barbecue and awning.
Kitchen equipment : As far as I can see, everything is available in the kitchen. There are several services, cutlery, glasses and cups available. Some spices, coffee and tea are available for now.
The two rooms on the upper floor are furnished with a double bed 1.40 and a folding couch 2 á 70cm (bed linen: 80x80 pillows; duvet standard size 135x200) and matching wardrobes. You can bring a travel cot for children (not available).

The garden is completely fenced in with a 1 metre high fence.

A lockable carport is available for parking your car or bicycles. There is plenty of garden furniture in the carport. Two sunbeds are also available.

There are two washing machines and tumble dryers available for the general public, which are not located directly in the holiday home. The tokens for these can be obtained from the manager.

The rental price includes a basic electricity supply of 6 kWh per night. Additional consumption will be charged at the current electricity price.
