This holiday apartment for a maximum of 12 people enjoys a central location in Berlin. 30 metres away there is the Volkspark Friedrichshain with its beer gardens and fairytale fountain. It is just 300 metres to Alexanderplatz, the Hackesche Markt, Brandenburger Tor. Sights and scenic highlights such as Eastsidegallery, O2 world, Simonadach-Straße are within easy walking distance.

The apartment is on the tenth floor and the building has a lift. The living room provides seating, a TV, a DVD and CD player, as well as two sofa beds for four people. With BVB Berlin it is bus 142 from the main station to the Weinstraße station, just 20 metres from the apartment. The apartment provides descriptions of the apartment, electrical appliances and wireless Internet usage. There are three supermarkets 30-100 metres away, such as Aldi, Netto and Kaisers.
