Situated in a traffic-calmed private street, the newly built house offers a comfortable holiday flat for 2 people with its own entrance. The central location to the south beach promenade, the town centre and the harbour makes this accommodation the ideal starting point for your stay. Whether you are travelling as a couple, family or with friends, you are sure to feel comfortable and welcome here!
This cosy one-bedroom flat on the ground floor (34 m²) has a terrace and offers a living area with dining area and kitchenette as well as a shower room. The kitchen is equipped with 2 hotplates, a coffee machine, a kettle, an egg boiler, a microwave and crockery. Please note that there is no oven.
You may use our garden and terrace. Deckchairs, garden furniture and a barbecue are at your disposal. A car park is reserved for you in front of the house. We have also created storage facilities for bicycles, surfboards etc. for you.
We are happy to offer you a cot and a high chair for your baby. There are also storage facilities available, for example for bicycles or surfboards. The playground is in the immediate vicinity, only about 50 metres away. If you are planning a horse riding excursion, the riding stables are just 500 metres away. The keys are handed over on site. Arrival from 2 pm! Departure until 10 am! The furnishings of this holiday flat are specially designed to meet the needs of allergy sufferers. To ensure a pleasant atmosphere, pets and smoking are not permitted in the flat.
