These modern apartments are located in a Victorian villa dating back to 1840. It faces south and stands directly above Torquay's main beach, Torre Abbey Sands. Thanks to this fantastic location, the villa offers stunning, unobstructed views of the sea and the beach. These apartments are the ideal choice for a successful holiday on the English Riviera. The house has a communal south-facing garden overlooking Tor Bay. Enjoy the magnificent views from here. Some apartments also have a balcony. Unrestricted parking is available on the roadside. A limited number of reserved parking spaces are also available. The house has been extensively renovated over the past three years to the latest standards and now offers its guests holiday apartments that combine Victorian tradition with modern and stylish furnishings. The apartments have central heating. The town center, where you will find shops, is a five-minute walk away. The beautiful sandy beach is no more than 200 meters away, and the marina is also nearby. The family-run apartments have their own housekeeping and concierge services. You can purchase a family pass for the Imperial Hotel's leisure club, which allows you to use the leisure pool. Wi-Fi internet access is available free of charge in the apartments. Check-in up to two hours early or check-out up to two hours late is possible for an additional charge.

This holiday flat is 45 m² in size. It is located on the first floor facing south towards the sea and can accommodate three people. The bathroom is fully tiled and has a bathtub with shower. The living room has direct access via the window front to the balcony in front with a breathtaking view.
