Hello! We are CUBO'S HOLIDAY HOMES, specialised in holiday accommodations since 2005.
This charming rural house in Villanueva de la Concepción offers a perfect refuge to disconnect and enjoy holidays full of intimacy and comfort. Located just 20 minutes from Casabermeja and Antequera, the accommodation stands out for its proximity to natural wonders such as El Torcal de Antequera, where you can explore unique trails or hire excursions with experts to discover the most beautiful corners of the landscape.
With capacity for 6 people in 4 rooms, the property is spacious and bright, with a design that combines rural elements with modern comforts. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious entrance hall that connects to a cosy dining room equipped with air conditioning and fireplace, perfect for family gatherings and moments of relaxation. The independent kitchen, very bright and with modern appliances such as induction hob, fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher and coffee maker, has direct access to a covered and very pleasant rear patio, ideal for outdoor lunches or reading afternoons.
The patio connects to a fenced private swimming pool, where you can cool off and sunbathe on the loungers, enjoying total privacy and security. Additionally, on this ground floor, there is a single room with a 1.05 cm bed and a fan, a bathroom with a shower tray, and a laundry room.
On the upper floor there are three more rooms: one with a double bed of 1.35 cm and air conditioning, one with two single beds of 90 cm and a fan, and another individual room with a bed of 1.05 cm and a fan. All rooms have large windows that provide natural light and space to store luggage. It also has a large bathroom with a bathtub for greater comfort.
The house is located in the urban centre, very close to essential services such as a supermarket and restaurant, and at an ideal distance to visit attractions such as the Caminito del Rey, La Malagueta beach or the Antequera golf course. Although the accommodation does not have private parking, its location is perfect for families looking for tranquillity and access to local nature and culture.
