Environmentally friendly, our accommodation makes use of solar energy, standing out as a historic building that has been able to adapt to new energy requirements without losing its essence. For those moments of leisure, enjoy modern entertainment with a video console available for your exclusive use.
Appreciated by those who travel with their canine companion, we allow the stay of a medium-sized pet, ensuring that the whole family can enjoy a carefree holiday. The house is equipped with air-conditioning in some rooms to ensure your comfort during the hot summer evenings and has an additional fan for an extra breeze when desired.
For your convenience, the house includes a washing machine for your exclusive use, as well as a selection of coffee machines (Italian/Moka, filter and capsule) to satisfy all coffee lovers. In addition, a kettle is available for those who prefer tea or other infusions.
Outdoor living is fully enjoyed here, thanks to its charming terrace and balcony, ideal spaces for relaxing or sharing meals in the open air. Just 4000 metres away you will find both the nearest town centre and a grocery shop, providing easy access to everything you need for your stay.
