The typical Canarian holiday home is located in the quiet neighbourhood of Trejo, south of San Bartolomé de Tirajana. The village is situated in the interior of Gran Canaria, surrounded by mountains and forests near a large water dam. The house was built in 2006 and last renovated in 2022.
In the large garden you will find sun loungers under the shade of the fruit trees, as well as a barbecue and garden furniture on the terrace. The highlight of the outdoor area is the 4m x 5m swimming pool (1,30m deep) for exclusive use (heated from December to April). The whole property is fenced. You can park your car on the property of the house with outdoor parking and it is also recommended small cars not suv type are older neighborhoods and are more comfortable for mountain neighborhoods.
The holiday home of 60 m² is situated on a plot of 1000 m². There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed (1,50m x 1,90m) and air conditioning and the other with two single beds. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin and toilet. The very spacious living room combines the kitchen, dining and sitting areas. The kitchen has a cooker, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine and toaster. The dining table is suitable for shared meals and the living room is equipped with two sofa beds, flat screen TV, DVD player and stereo. The house also has a washing machine, iron and WiFi.
The town centre is approximately 1 km away. The nearest shopping centre is about 2 km away, as is the nearest restaurant and outdoor swimming pool. The sandy beach, the sea and the nearest airport are about 23 km away. A golf course is about 25 km away.
The owner lives in the village itself, only 1 km away.
