This charming country house has an extensive lawned garden and a large private swimming pool. The pool overlooks the Tramontana mountains, giving you your own private view of the hills. To one side of the pool there is a fantastic barbecue and outdoor dining area, surrounded by plants and trees. There is also plenty of space to sunbathe and enjoy this peaceful setting. A long cobbled driveway, lined with flowering oleanders and olive trees leads to the parking area at the front of villa Martorellet. The split level lounge has comfortable seating, flat screen TV, fireplace, wooden beamed ceiling and exposed stone walls. On the other side of the ground floor is the dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. The dining room has large windows overlooking the gardens, plus a small seating area. On the ground floor there are three bedrooms: a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a twin bedroom also with en-suite bathroom, and a second double bedroom with separate bathroom. Upstairs there are two further bedrooms: a double bedroom and a twin bedroom sharing a bathroom. These 2 upstairs bedrooms share a large terrace overlooking the private pool, gardens and mountains. All bedrooms have air conditioning hot/cold. Following local energy saving initiatives, the villa has programmed the air conditioning in all units from 17:30 to 19:30 and from 22:00 to 09:00.
In less than 10 minutes drive you will reach the old town of Pollensa where you will find a variety of traditional shops and restaurants. In addition several excellent beaches are also within easy driving distance of villa Martorellet, both in the nearby Cala San Vicente, and in the popular bay of Puerto de Pollensa.
