Situated in the beautiful area of La Font, between the village of Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa, this pretty, traditional house is ideal for a family holiday.

The swimming pool is heated during the months of April, May and October to a maximum of 26 degrees.
From the main entrance we reach a cosy dining room, fully equipped with dining table and chairs and a sofa with armchairs. On the other side of the entrance is the kitchen, equipped with fridge/freezer, electric oven, electric hob, microwave and other utensils necessary in a holiday home of this category. The dishwasher and washing machine are located in the utility room next to the kitchen. A corridor gives access to the bedrooms, which consist of one double and two twin bedrooms, all sharing two bathrooms, one with bath and the other with shower. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and fitted wardrobes.

The beautiful swimming pool of 4 x 3 meters and kidney style, is surrounded by a beautiful garden and autochthonous plants. The exterior of the house is completed by beautiful covered and uncovered terrace areas, ideal to enjoy the warm Mallorcan summer nights. The property also has a ping-pong table.
