The flat Casa Palmera 2 is located in the Optimist complex and is situated in the most central and sunniest area of Playa de las Americas, the holiday paradise in the south of Tenerife. Directly on the so-called 'golden mile'.

This flat is located directly on the beautiful beach of Playa de las Americas, in a very central location, but still in a quiet residential area in what is probably the most popular holiday complex in the south of Tenerife. The complex has a large heated pool with sun loungers.

From the terrace you have a beautiful view of the pool, which is on the same level as the terrace. The shopping street begins just 100 metres away, with many restaurants and shopping opportunities for shopping and strolling. Nevertheless, the location is relatively quiet.
Enjoy the well-kept surroundings on a walk along the beach promenade, which is several kilometres long, and stroll past the most beautiful boutiques and shops. You will find some of the island's trendiest restaurants in the neighbourhood. You can walk to the fishing and ferry harbour of Los Cristianos along the promenade in around 10 minutes. The complex is one of the best places in Tenerife for a beach and bathing holiday.

All golf courses can be reached within a few minutes by car. The nearest golf course is only about 600 metres away (Playa de las Americas Golfcourt).
The largest water park in Europe - the Siam Park - is also just a few minutes away by car, as are the Aqua Park, the Jungle Park and the Parque Las Aguilas (an eagle park above Chayofa).

The Casa Palmera 2 flat is located on the ground floor, in a very well-kept complex almost directly by the sea and on the beautiful beach of Playa de Las Americas. The door from the terrace leads directly to the pool. Access to the flat is without stairs, which is very convenient. All shops, restaurants, hairdressing salons, banks and cash machines are within walking distance. The flat has two bedrooms for 4 people and there is a pull-out sofa bed in the living room, which provides comfortable sleeping accommodation for 2 more people. The flat has a large terrace with a seating area. You can eat together outside and have breakfast there. The terrace faces the quiet pool side, where you can sit and enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. The cosy living area has a living room with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a small stereo system. Internet is available free of charge via WLAN. The kitchen has a ceramic hob, oven, fridge and freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. There is also a washing machine with iron and ironing board. One of the bedrooms has a double bed, the second bedroom has 2 single beds. The bathroom has a modern shower. The flat is ideal for a bathing and beach holiday and is also ideal for a long-term holiday. The complex has a very nice pool area with sun loungers. The pool is heated in winter.
