The villa is situated 800 metres from the Papagayo Beaches. The first cove is a 10 minute walk away, the second about 20 minutes. There is a small shopping centre about 200 metres away. It is small but has all the basics: supermarket, bars, cafe, gift shop, playground, taxi rank ....

The outside area is divided in two. On one side, the barbecue area with dining table, and on the other side, the swimming pool with sunbeds and outdoor shower.

The villa has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Both have exterior windows, wardrobes and bedside tables.
The living room has a dining table, sofas, TV, stereo and DVD.
The kitchen is basic but has everything you need for cooking, including oven, microwave, dishwasher and small appliances such as coffee machine, toaster.... It also has a small utility room with washing machine and ropes for hanging clothes.

Playa Blanca centre is less than 5 km away. Airport is about 30 km away.
