The villa is situated in an exposed, secluded location, with no direct neighbours, on Monte Pego near Denia. Like a dreamy fairytale castle from a bygone era, it stands in a sublime semi-elevated position on the last foothills of the Segaria with sweeping views across the Mediterranean as far as Ibiza. The special secluded location guarantees privacy and a real holiday feeling, with all the daily necessities just a few minutes away, almost next door. The most beautiful and longest sandy beaches on the Costa Blanca in El Verger, Oliva, Denia and Javea are just a short distance away. The metropolis of Denia awaits you with many shopping opportunities, from exclusive boutiques to supermarkets. Bars, restaurants and cosy ice cream parlours are easy to find. Daily ferry connections to Ibiza and Mallorca, the marina and the interesting beach and nightlife make the town a tourist attraction. The airports of Valencia and Alicante are only 1 hour away.

Through the tropical garden, past palm and mandarin trees, you reach the entrance area of the villa. The spacious, light-flooded living-dining room with fireplace welcomes you in a cosy atmosphere. From international television with DVD player, chess or other interesting games to the small house library, you will find everything you need for fun and entertainment. An information folder about the many excursion destinations in the area is also available. In addition to an open-plan, fully equipped American kitchen, you will find 3 comfortable bedrooms, one with an integrated shower room. All rooms can be pleasantly air-conditioned at any time of year as required - with modern, economical inverter air conditioning systems - cold or warm. In winter, they also serve as heating. The fireplace in the living room is a favourite for cooler days or long evenings, and its automatic firebox makes it child's play to use. All bedroom windows are fitted with mosquito blinds and fixed shutters. Double glazing and solid wood doors in every room perfectly complement the comfortable furnishings.

The large, sunny pool terrace with outdoor shower, barbecue and shady veranda can be accessed from the living room or master bedroom. It has recently been fitted with flexible sliding glass elements in all fronts, which can be opened as desired. This makes it possible to enjoy the fantastic panorama at any time and in any weather. The beautiful, heated pool with its Roman steps immediately invites you to take a refreshing dip. From the entire pool level, you can enjoy a magnificent and unforgettable panoramic view of the turquoise-coloured sea, the wonderful Mediterranean landscape and the majestic Segaria mountains. Another spacious terrace awaits visitors in the beautiful garden at the front of the house. Whether simply relaxing, daydreaming or observing the interesting tropical plants - here too, everything is entirely up to you.

-> Pool heating :
The pool can be heated with an electric heat pump. The heat pump runs fully automatically and can raise the pool water temperature by up to 3°C per day. You can order the pool heating when you arrive and decide whether and when you want to use the system depending on the current weather conditions. The heat pump can be used above a daily minimum temperature of 10°C.

In the surrounding area you will find leisure parks, aqua parks, a marine animal park with a great dolphin and sea lion show and all kinds of water sports. Lively Benidorm, known as the Manhattan of the Costa Blanca, can be reached in 30 minutes. In addition to theme parks, renowned restaurants, shopping centres and casinos, you should definitely visit the world-class variety show at the Benidorm Palace. Nature lovers can explore interesting mountain valleys with their waterfalls, stalactite caves or the famous Jalon Valley. You can sample the region's excellent wines for yourself in a bodega in Jalon. There's also the glass-bottom boat trip you've always wanted to take.... You will also find plenty of opportunities for special shopping at the weekly and farmers' markets nearby and a day in the shopping centre in Ondara will pass like two hours.
