Beautiful villa located 100 m from the famous caves of Nerja and the Sierras de Tejeda, Almijara y Alhama Natural Park. 800 m walking distance from a beautiful village of Maro with local beaches. Imagine enjoying well-deserved holidays with use of a large pool, jacuzzi, 5 terraces, BBQ, outdoor kitchen, WiFi and TV. The villa with free parking is also a perfect base for exploring beautiful Andalusia. Some restaurants, a bus stop to Nerja and Malaga are about 100 metres from the villa.

Beautiful villa with warm atmosphere located close to Maro, a pretty Andalusian coastal town. The covered area has two levels. On the ground floor, you enter directly into the living room with open modern kitchen (with air conditioning and heating). All together 640 x 520 cm. The kitchen is fully equipped - dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, ceramic hob and drinking water system. The living room has a dining table for six, four cupboards, sofa for four and a large TV screen. The TV is the LG NANO TV connected to the internet with a chrome cast that allows you to stream directly from your laptop / tablet / smartphone on to the TV. WiFi and international TV from the Astra 2 and Intelsat 907 (185 channels, incl. BBC1 and BBC2) and Spanish TV (83 channels) are available to guests at no extra cost. Further on the ground floor, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom, 220 x 120 cm, with a shower. In the first air-conditioned bedroom, 340 x 300 cm, there is a double bed 140 x 200 cm, and a large wall-mounted wardrobe. 330 x 270 cm, the second bedroom has two single beds 90 x 200, and a large wall wardrobe. A beautiful and spacious staircase leads to the first floor with beautiful master bathroom 240 x 210 cm and bedroom 380 x 320 cm. The air-conditioned (heating and cooling) bedroom has a king-size bed 160 x 200 cm, two wardrobes and a chest of drawers. Sea and mountain views from the master bedroom are breathtaking.

The outdoor space is even more beautiful. There are four terraces in front of the villa. The first terrace is directly opposite the living room - a lovely place for a morning coffee/tea with daily different sea and mountain views. The second terrace has a large swimming pool L x W x Dmax x Dmin = 700 x 400 x 170 x 110 cm - a must for the summer heat. The third terrace has a Jacuzzi 215 x 165 cm (for 3 people) - for fantastic relaxing and romantic moments with breathtaking views. Finally, the fourth terrace has an outdoor kitchen, barbecue and seating area - a nice place to enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner. All terraces are connected by lots of greenery. At the back of the villa there is another terrace - a patio where one can escape the direct sun.

The entire villa is exclusive to you! However, there are few and well-marked places where we keep our personal belongings. Please keep them untouched. Finally, the greenery and pool require regular maintenance so it may happen that the owner visits you for a few hours to do the maintenance. You will be informed a few days in advance. The owner lives in the nearby villa and will welcome you. He is also your first point of contact for all matters regarding your stay in his villa. There are direct buses to Nerja and Malaga. The bus stop is 100 metres from our villa. Right next to our house you can park your car for free. A free Autovia del Mediterráneo (A7) and N340 can be reached in a few minutes. Smoking in the villa and around the pool or jacuzzi is not allowed.

Maro is a pretty coastal town famous for the caves of Nerja-one of Spain's most popular and important pre-historic sites. The villa is 150 m from the caves of Nerja. Maro sandy beach is located at the foot of the cliffs about 2.2 km from the villa and has a beach bar and kayak rental. Maro is about a 45-minute drive from Malaga airport (72 km) and about an hour from Granada (94 km). licence number is VTF/MA/17421
