The impressive Chalet Cala Murta (CASA BITACOLA -ETV/8219) is located within walking distance of Porto Cristo, a pretty coastal town with lively restaurants, bars and shops.
It is also just a short drive from the Rafa Nadal Tennis Academy in Manacor.

The house itself is situated in a quiet and upmarket residential area, nestled between the Sa Torre del Falcons tower, where you can enjoy sea cliff views, and Cala Murta, a stunning swimming spot.

We do not accept bookings from holidaymakers looking for a party house. This is a quiet residential area, ideal for families or groups of adults.

In the swimming pool area (12x4m) there is a porch area with sunbeds for sunbathing, as well as an area with an outdoor table.

There are two private parking spaces inside and numerous free parking spaces on the street.

On the property there are two villas sharing the outdoor area and pool; the attached villa is not always occupied.

Smoking is not permitted on the premises.
No bachelor parties are allowed.

Heating is NOT included, it is optional and available at an additional cost. Please consult us before booking. There are two ways to book.
