The house, surrounded by fruit trees, such as avocado trees, is situated 1,5 kilometres from Nerja. The beach of Burriana, which is the main beach of Nerja, is a little bit closer to the house.

There is also a covered porch of 21 m2, a private heated swimming pool (September-June) of 8.5 m. long by 4 m. wide, with Jacuzzi incorporated in the pool of 2.2 m. diameter, garden furniture, six sun beds and sun umbrellas.

The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which has a Jacuzzi of 1.8 m. diameter with a capacity of 400 litres of water, with various hydromassage functions. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, juice squeezer, coffee machine, mixer, fridge, kettle, washing machine and dishwasher. There is also an iron and ironing board.
All rooms are heated by a fireplace, then the three bedrooms are air-conditioned (hot/cold). There is a large living room, TV, DVD, satellite, fans, cookers, barbecue.

There are 800 m of track to the house, completely passable and in good condition, of which 100 m are dirt road, the rest 700 m are asphalted. As the house is in an elevated position, the road is a bit steep in some parts, but completely safe. There is little vehicle traffic.

The centre of the village, where there are restaurants and supermarkets, is 1,5 km away.
The health centre, sports centre and tennis courts are 1 km from the house.
It is advisable to drive to the house, although it is also possible to take a taxi.
