Our house Tramontana is located in the private farmhouse Can Toni Blay (residential complex with exclusive access code for guests), together with the houses Migjorn and Llevant, 10.3 km from Formentera.
Migjorn beach is 800 metres from the property and can be reached on foot or by car without taking the main road.
The fishing village of Es Caló de Sant Agustí is 1 km away, next to Ses Platgetes beach, and has restaurants, terraces, chemist, supermarket, cash machine, car hire service and shops.
The Tramontana house has a maximum capacity of 4 people.
The house has:

- Kitchen equipped with kitchenware, fridge, oven, washing machine, capsule coffee machine, toaster, microwave and dishwasher.
- Dining room.
- Living room with Smart TV.
- Music system.
- One bedroom with king size double bed and ceiling fan, and a separate bathroom. - 1 bedroom with two single beds (90x200) and ceiling fan (the beds can be joined together to form a double bed).

Cots, high chairs and bed rails are available at no extra charge.
RULES AND RECOMMENDATIONS:
Check-in is from 16:00 h and check-out must be before 11:00 h. Guests will be notified if they arrive before or leave after the stated time.
The water in the house is slightly saline. It is not suitable for direct consumption, but is suitable for cooking and showering.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is not allowed in the house.
The house must be returned in the same condition as it was in on arrival.
It is strictly forbidden to organise or hold any kind of event in the house, unless specifically commissioned to do so with the express authorisation of the property.
