One of the bedrooms with a double bed has an en suite bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet. There is an additional spacious bathroom on the ground floor with a bathtub, two sinks and a toilet. On the top floor, you will gain access to the second living room, which is also furnished with a sofa and has high end wood flooring. Additionally, the fourth bedroom, which is also furnished with a wardrobe and a double bed (1.50 x 1.90), as well as a bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet, are to be found on the top floor.

The vicinity is ideal for sports' enthusiasts: hiking, mountain biking or walking. It is about 21 km to the airport and 8 km to a larger town. The nearest restaurant and shops can be found about 5 km from the house in Teguise, the island's capitol. It is 6 km to a golf court and 9 km to the ocean and the nearest beach.
