Casa Nautica is part of the Villa Riviera urbanisation, a private residence directly at the beach in Denia. It has 2 bedrooms on the upper floor as well as a sleeping alcove with 1 single bed (0.80x2.00), a small balcony and a stylish bathroom with shower on the upper floor. On the ground floor there is another shower bathroom, a spacious living room with open kitchen, as well as access to the terrace and the private garden. The furnishings and décor follow an Ibiza style, the house is bright and airy. Air conditioning in the bedrooms and the living area provide pleasant temperatures. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for holiday cooking. Outside, there is a spacious terrace with dining area and barbecue. A sunshade awning provides shade. The house is ideal for everyone who appreciates beach, pool and a quiet, relaxed environment during their holiday.
The Villa Riviera urbanisation consists of several charming, individual white houses and generously sized communal areas. These include the two large pools surrounded by lawns and palm trees, the tennis court available to all residents and parking spaces. The house has its own reserved parking spot.
There are several restaurants and shops nearby, all within walking distance. The beach is less than a 5-minute walk away!
Casa Nautica and its guests enjoy the private, relaxed and quiet atmosphere of the urbanisation.
Everything important can be reached within a few minutes on foot. The pools are truly large and ideal for swimmers. The sandy beach right next to the house is fine sand, very wide and popular with water lovers of all ages. Beach walks are wonderful in any weather!
