The beautiful Tenerife flat Vistamar 3 is in a quiet location in Chayofa for a relaxing and perfect holiday. Away from mass tourism and surrounded by nature. Tenerife Apartment Vistamar 3 is suitable for individual guests who are looking for peace and quiet and do not want to holiday in large flat blocks with lots of guests. W-Lan, BBQ, south-facing terrace with sea view, heated communal pool.
The large pool (13x5m) is at your disposal and can be heated for an extra charge. The flat offers you a living room with fitted kitchen, bedroom, bathroom. The bathroom has a shower and a bathtub as well as a large double washbasin. South-facing sun terrace with 2 sun loungers, a dining table and parasol.
View over the village, the garden and to the sea.
The flat is barrier-free but not wheelchair accessible.
In only 5 minutes you are at the beautiful sandy beaches in the south and by car in 15 minutes at all 5 golf courses and the airport Tenerife South. Close to the centre but very quiet. Very popular property.

25 square metre terrace facing south with table, 4 chairs and parasol, 2 sun loungers. The flat is barrier-free but the entrance is not wheelchair accessible, free parking at the house.

Satellite TV system with radio, communal washing machine and communal pool, fast fibre optic internet is available via W-Lan in the flat and on the terrace. Apple TV with ITPV and international channels (e.g. DE, UK, IT, ES, NL, FR, USA) with surcharge. Other countries also possible. Sufficient towels and bed linen are available. Iron and ironing board.

The airport is only 14 km away, the 5 golf courses in the south of the island are only a few minutes drive away, there are several restaurants, 2 small supermarkets and tennis courts in the village, car hire is not absolutely necessary but recommended and can be arranged from the airport on request.
